Mixed media opens the door to combining materials and processes in interesting ways. This collection begins there but extends beyond it, encompassing collage, glass mosaic, slow stitching, and work that moves between familiar categories. Paper, paint, printed imagery, glass, fabric, and thread may each become part of the conversation.
These pieces often develop through arranging, layering, cutting, joining, and responding to what happens along the way. The materials may change, but the work shares an interest in texture, strong composition, and surprising connections — with room for ideas that don’t fit neatly anywhere else.
